Looking for Xp drivers for my Adaptec AHAUW SCSI card - TR Forums

I have loaded a really old SCSI drive in to a modern system and all is well. This is a brilliant bit of hackery.

The link to the driver files did not work 21AUG Any further advice would be appreciated. It gave me the pop up window about an axaptec driver, which I clicked through and finished the installation. I have tried ahz-2940uw the device and then forcing it to use the Windoows file but it says this does not have any drivers for my device.

It then installed the driver okay and I am running just fine. Make sure your scanner is plugged into the SCSI card before aha-2940kw turn your system on you are probably already doing this as SCSI devices are not detected if turned on after the system has booted.

Sunday, July 24, 5: Windods saved the day. The windowx got installed after adding the device as a legacy hardware from the device manager but it fails to start.
